Cast sprockets can be replaced individually. Heavy duty C2080H conveyor chain adjustments are done with adjusting bolts. Two of the nine Pick-Up bars are combing the ground at all times.
The high torque motor can be driven from either side. Motor is directly connected to main shaft to eliminate chain problems.
Replace Pick-Up teeth individually.

One piece paddled flap can be easily replaced one at a time. Flap roll and bean roll can be adjusted fore, aft, up, and down.
Elmer's unique torsion system enables the Pick-Up to flex over uneven ground. The teeth are continuously combing the ground preventing crop loss.
